We do not ask for your surname, birthday, gender or address. If you leave the WhatsApp box unticked, we do not keep your phone number.
Who sees it
Only the SIDE A team, and service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: [email platform, e.g. Brevo (France/EU)], [database / hosting provider and region], and Meta Platforms Ireland (WhatsApp Business) if you opt in to WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your data. [State any transfer outside the EEA and the safeguard used, or confirm there is none.]
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, or for [24] months after the last time you opened a message from us or came to an event, whichever comes first. Consent records are kept for [3] years after withdrawal so we can show how consent was given and withdrawn.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what we did before. Every email has an unsubscribe link; for WhatsApp, reply STOP or write to us. You also have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object. Write to [privacy@…] and we answer within one month.
You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), dataprotection.ro.
